<p>PURPOSE:To improve the productivity of the molding of several kinds of pallets remarkably by one welder by varying the height of a butting base for setting melting clearance in a melting clearance setter for a material to be welded mechanically in a very short time without exchanging the butting base. CONSTITUTION:When the kinds of pallets differ, thickness thereof often differs. That is, the thickness of a skit changes. A susceptor 24 is lifted by an air cylinder device 26 in such a case, an air cylinder device 32 is operated during that time and a sliding base 27 is slid, a reference base 29 in desired height is positioned just under the susceptor 24, and the height of the susceptor 24 is altered. Accordingly, the level of the top face of a high butting base 23a is varied together with another butting base 23b, thus mechanically setting the melting clearance of skits having different thickness completely without using a hand.</p> |
