<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to carry out perfect combustion of high efficiency and make exhaust gas treatment facilities and ventilation facilities compact by supplying oxygen gas in response to requirements in a secondary space. CONSTITUTION:In a fluidized bed furnace 1 in which a primary air supply pipe 5 is connected to the wind box 2 and a secondary combustion air supply pipe 6 is connected to the freeboard 4 an oxygen supply pipe 12 is connected to the secondary combustion air supply pipe 6. And when objects to be treated are burned in the fluidized bed furnace, oxygen is supplied to the secondary combustion air. For the oxygen gas a gas such as pure oxygen, oxygen-enriched air, etc., which contains oxygen as the main ingredient is used. With this arrangement required oxygen can be supplied exactly and efficiently, and complete combustion in a high efficiency can be carried out, and it is possible to realize energy saving, more compactness in the exhaust gas facilities in the down-stream and it becomes possible to realize largeness in size for the treatment capacity.</p> |
