PURPOSE:To easily exhaust steam in a welding part to an outer part and to prevent hunting by supporting one pair of welding members while keeping inclination so as to be to <90 deg.C angle to the horizontal plane and allowing the irradiating direction of the laser beam to the welding line to be lower than the angle of the inclination. CONSTITUTION:Since the welding members 10, 11 are inclined to the horizontal plane, the large quantity of shield gas injected from a nozzle 5 flows to slanting direction shown by the arrow mark C. Therefore, the steam generated from the welding part is difficult to be stagnated in the vicinity of the joining parts of the parts 10b, 11b being apart from bending parts 10a, 11b, and the welding part can be protected from the steam generated in the welding part. Further, since the irradiating direction of laser beam is inclined to the welding line X, melting depth (f) from the welding line X is made to shallow to melting depth (e) to the irradiating direction. Therefore, the width of bead is extended and the steam of molten part is easily exhausted to the outer part and blow hole is extremely made to be small and further, since the pressure of the shield gas can be made to low, the generation of hunting bead can be restrained. |
