The circuit generates various alarm signal according to external circumstances of unatteaded light communication repeater and transmittes the alarms to an attended station. The circuit includes an inundation alarm unit (20) for comparing the voltage generated by a submersion probe with the refverence voltage, a high temperature alarm unit (30) for detecting high temperature of system, a fan controller (40) for driving fan according to the signal from the high temperature alarm unit (30) and generating fan drive error signal by compariy triggered temperature signal with feedback signal, a door open alarm unit (50), a power alarm unit (60), and an alarm collecting unit (70) for collecting alarm signals to transmit an appropriate alarm to the attend station.
