PURPOSE:To prevent an object from being photographed in a state where it protrudes from the image plane for printing by changing a framing mode in accordance with the speed of the movement of the object in the case of setting trimming photographing. CONSTITUTION:A mode changing means 3 is provided, which selects the framing mode of a wider range when the movement of the object is faster based on the speed of the movement of the object which is detected by a detecting means 2 for detecting the speed of the movement of the object and changes the framing mode set by a framing mode setting means 1. When the object moves fast, a wider trimming range than that of ordinary photographing or a previously set trimming range is selected in accordance with the speed of the object. Thus, the moving object is prevented from being photographed in the state where it protrudes from the image plane. |
