PURPOSE:To make a molding raw material to be easily spread over all cavities and thus improving the yield thereof by covering the all cavities with the molding raw material when the molding raw material is set on a molding mold. CONSTITUTION:At the time when a molding raw material 3 is set on a molding mold 1, all cavities 2 are covered with the molding raw material 3 which is molded into a thin wall sheet previously, with the result that the raw material 3 flows into the all parts of each cavity 2 at the same time after plasticization, thereby preventing the occurrence of joint parts therein. And, since the raw material is set right over each cavity, the fluidity distances can be shortened thereby. |
