PURPOSE:To improve the adhesion of a nonwoven fabric skin material and a rigid base material by laminating the rigid base material for interior-finishing an automobile on the precoating of the nonwoven fabric skin material precoated with heat-sensitive adhesives and thermocompression-bonding and unifying the nonwoven fabric skin material. CONSTITUTION:A web is formed through a card method, a garnet method or the like by using the fibers of polyester, etc., as the raw material of a nonwoven fabric. A needle punching machine is supplied with the web, the fibers of the web are pierced from a plane to the vertical direction, and one part of fibers shaping two-dimensional random orientation in a plane shape is changed into three-dimensional random orientation. Consequently, the interlocking of fibers is increased, and fibers are mutually bonded mechanically. The rear side is coated with heat-sensitive adhesives such as an aqueous resin dispersion, and the adhesives are heated and dried and the rear side is precoated. The aqueous resin dispersion is used as the heat-sensitive adhesives at that time. A polyisocyanate curing agent is contained in the heat-sensitive adhesives. The curing agent quickly generates a curing reaction by heat by thermocompression bonding, and imparts heat resistance to the adhesives. |
