摘要 PURPOSE:To eliminate controlling work such as phase adjustment by making the correspondence of U, V, and W phase detecting slit boards with the profile at the shaft end of a rotor each other thereby providing a profile having same axial cross section and a partial notch, and fitting the U, V and W phase detecting slit board into the shaft end of the rotor. CONSTITUTION:A projection 22a such as a flat face, etc., is provided to a part of a circle of a mounting hole 22 of a slit board 21, and the shaft end 7 of a rotary shaft 6 also has a form of a circle and a notch 7a corresponding therewith to provide a drum attachment 7b. Therefore, the mounting hole 22 can be inserted into the shaft end only in the direction of a shaft, and the slit board 21 is in contact with the drum attachment 7b to fix with a screw 8. When an permanent magnet 2 fixed to a rotor 1 is magnetized, the N pole or S pole of the magnet is so magnetized that it is on the same straight line as that the notch 7a such as a flat face, etc., provided to the shaft end 7 of the rotor 1, and phase adjustment can be easily made by fitting only the slit board 21 into the shaft end 7.
