PURPOSE:To make an image forming device simple in manufacturing process, miniature in size, and high in corrosion resistance and to enable it to be surely electrically connected to a power supply wiring board by a method wherein individual signal lines and a common signal electrode are formed on the same plane. CONSTITUTION:Individual signal lines l1-l64 and common signal electrodes VK1-VK40 are formed on the surface of an electrical insulating wiring board 25 through a single evaporation and etching process, and then an insulating layer 26 is formed. The individual signal lines l1-l64 and the common signal electrodes VK1-VK40 are formed of material finely processable such as aluminum. The insulating layer 26 is formed of electric insulating material such as polyimide or the like and covers all the rest keeping only the part of LED arrays A1, A2,... wire-bonded to correspondent LEDs 1P1-40P64 and the part of the common signal electrodes VK1-VK40 connected to a power supply wiring board 32 exposed. |
