<p>PURPOSE:To separate and drop a mineral core wire and a coverage insulator respectively and to collect them separately by giving an electron transmission inertia by feeding into to a power transmission conductor and an electric wire, and then making the mineral core wire and the coverage insulator perform the Brownian movement respectively by an ultrashort wave irradiation. CONSTITUTION:A power transmission conductor (a strong power transmission cable and a submarine power transmission conductor, for example) or a normal electric wire is piled on a + or -ion generator plate led from a + or -ion generator, a current is fed to give an electron permeable inertia, and then ultrashort short waves (wavelength about 20cm) are irradiated continuously on the conductor or wire one by one. And when the mineral core wire reaches to a specific temperature, the mineral core wire is extruded instantly, and after picking up the wire, a beating operation is applied.
