PURPOSE:To attain efficient packet communication by referring a packet flag by an operating system executed by a CPU and deciding whether the succeeding request list can be issued or not. CONSTITUTION:The CPU 20 for requesting a reading request to a direct memory access controller(DMAC) 21 writes requests to be read out to a processor element PE(0) in which '1' is not set up in a memory (MEM) 22 while referring the packet flag 210, the DMAC 21 sets up the corresponding packet flag 210 to '1' at the time of issuing a reading request packet to a terminating PE(1), and at the time of receiving a write request packet to be the answer of the PE(1), resets the corresponding flag 210. The operating system executed by the CPU 20 decides whether the succeeding request list can be issued or not by referring the packet flag. Consequently, a reading request packet can be issued to an idle PE(i) on occasion and efficient packet communication can be executed. |
