<p>PURPOSE:To make it possible to fine in a non-oxidizing atmosphere, and also to obtain a stabilized resistance value by a method wherein the title resistor composition is composed of conductive fine powder consisting of oxide of metal silicide of the metal elements of the group 4, group 5 and group 6 listed on an element periodic table and an inorganic binder consisting of non-reducing glass. CONSTITUTION:The title resistor composition is obtained by mixing conductive fine powder (MxSiyOz) and an inorganic binder component. Non-reducing glass is used as the above-mentioned binder, and the non-reducing glass having the composition consisting of the metal oxide, which is stable against a metal compound, is used. For example, the oxide of rare-earth such as CaO, MgO, BaO, SiO2, Sc, Y and the like can be enumerated as the metal oxide. The paste, in which the above-mentioned resistor composition is dispersed into an organic vehicle, is formed, it is printed and fined on the upper surface of a ceramic substrate 2. Subsequently, an overcoating glass is formed on a resistor 3, a plated layer 5 is formed on an electrode 4, and a resistor 1 is obtained.</p> |
