Surface fabric (3) which is unchanged even if it is heated on one side, and is composed of such fibers as rayon, acetate or cotton, is sewd to net fabric (2) which is composed of undrawn yarns and shrinked by heat in a way that the surface fabrics (3) are sewd to both side of net fabric (2). The sewd product are heated to let the net fabric (2) be shrinked, thus making the surface fabrics 93) be fuzzed. This fuzzed product features unique appearance, excellent aesthetic feel suitable for uses for interior decorations, seat covers, cushions, bed covers, etc.
