A production of a foamed wallpaper comprises mixing a PVC-foamed resin (A) blended with PVC resin, plasticizer, stabilizer and foaming agent, with a foam-forming agent (B) [Mixing wt. ratio of A to B is 100:1-5 , coating the mixt. on the substrate, and drying and foaming the coated substrate. The wallpaper has a good heat- isolation. The wallpaper has a good heat- isolation, sound-isolation and cushion.
