<p>A device for removing slaughtered poultry in the shape of a carrousel having a plurality of eviscerating units, each eviscerating unit being provided with an eviscerating spoon (41), the movements of which being controllable by means of a first curve track, a leg brace (46), the vertical movement of which being controllable by means of a second curve track, and a breast pressure plate (70), the movements of which being controllable by means of a third curve track. According to the invention the eviscerating spoon is provided with a spoon-shaped blade, which consists of two spaced teeth (44), which at their free ends are bent in the shape of a spoon, and the breast pressure plate is provided with a first neck clamping plate (71), whereby a second neck clamping plate (68) with a second arc-shaped recess (69) is provided, which is complementary to the first arc-shaped recess (71).</p> |
