PURPOSE:To stably and efficiently make snow of homogeneous quality without influence of local high moisture and temperature area due to a convection temperature layer, etc., in a skiing field by injecting cooled and dehumidified air for cooling and air conditioning into a stream. CONSTITUTION:The air of a slope 2 side is fed to a machine room 3 side through a filter 5 and a duct 6, sucked from a suction port 33 of an air cooler 30, cooled and dehumidified by a cooling coil 32. The air is sucked from a diffuser to a snowmaker 10 through a flexible duct 40, and again injected to a slope space by a fan 13. Then, when snowmaking pressure water is sprayed from a spray nozzle 21 provided at the diffuser side of a fan casing 12 as fine foggy water droplets together with injected air stream, the droplets are converted to ice particles by cold heat of the injected stream while flying along with the stream, and stacked as snow on the slope 2. Thus, snow of homogeneous quality can be made stably and efficiently. |
