<p>PURPOSE:To improve operating efficiency by a method wherein the through-hole of an aluminum clamp is formed in an oblong shape, the anchor side end of said oblong through-hole and the through-hole of a steel clamp are conformed, a jig pin is inserted into both through-holes and said aluminum clamp and a wire are clamped. CONSTITUTION:An aluminum clamp 11 is fitted to a wire 2 while the compressing section 1a of a steel clamp 1 is contact-bonded and fixed to the steel core 2a of the wire 2. The oblong through-hole 12 of the aluminum clamp 11 and the through-hole 1c of the steel clamp 1 are conformed and a jig pin 14 is inserted, and clamping by the compression of the aluminum clamp 11 is conducted successively in the direction of the arrow X. The aluminum clamp 11 is elongated, and the right end of the oblong through-hole 12 is abutted against the jig pin 14 and clamping is completed. Each through-hole 13 of the aluminum clamp 11 and each through-hole 1c of the steel clamp 1 are conformed at that time. The U-shaped groove 4a of a jumper socket 4 is fitted to the plane section 3a of the aluminum clamp 11, and the steel clamp 1, the aluminum clamp 11 and the jumper socket 4 are clamped and fixed by bolts 5.</p> |
