PURPOSE:To enhance electrically insulating property, thermal resistivity of a coil for electrical machinery and apparatus by a method wherein a composite of plastics consisting of epoxy resin, an Al compound and a silicon compound having a hydrolytic radical is made to be impregnated in the coil wound around with a glass tape, and is made to be hardened thermally. CONSTITUTION:The composite of plastics consisting of epoxy resin, the aluminum compound of trisacetylacetnate aluminum, etc., for example, to act as a latent curing catalyzer of epoxy resin, and the silicon compound having the hydrolytic radical of diphenyldiethoxysilane, triphenylethoxysilane, etc., for example, is made to be impregnated to the coil for electrical machinery and apparatus wound around with the glass tape, and is hardened thermally. It is desirable to make adding quantity of the catalyzer into epoxy resin as to the 0.001-10wt. part per the 100wt. part of epoxy resin. Accordingly electric characteristic at a high temperature and thermal resistivity extending over a long time can be improved, plastic is stabilized and hanging down is reduced, and workability is enhanced. |
