<p>PURPOSE:To continuously obtain at a specified ratio the title cell aggregates consisting of fine granules of size not higher than a specified level by dehydrating and crushing plant cell aggregates of size not lower than a specified level and by putting the resultant aggregates to subculture. CONSTITUTION:Plant cell aggregates (e.g. rice cell aggregates) of size not lower than a specified level subjected to liquid culture is dehydrated and crushed and, if needed, screened to obtain plant cell aggregates of size not higher than a specified level. Thence, the cell aggregates thus produced is put to subculture in a liquid medium under conditions virtually identical to those for the above- mentioned culture and screened in a repeated manner, thus continuously obtaining the objective plant cultured product in which the ratio of cell aggregates of size not higher than a specified level at a specified time in each subculture falls at a level not lower than a specified value.</p> |
