PURPOSE:To enable low temperature sintering and low temperature hot static pressure press to make it into fine particle organization by adding a specified amount of a specified additive so as to level average grain diameter into a specified value. CONSTITUTION:At least one kind among In2O3 of 0.2(wt.)% or less, SnO2 of 0.15% or less, and Bi2O3 of 0.1% or less is added as an additive to the Mn-Zn ferrite consisting of spinel single phase, and the average grain diameter of ferrite is made 5mum or less. The Zn-Mn ferrite including the additive is sintered at 1000-1050 deg.C after pressure molding, and then hot static pressure press is done at 950-1000 deg.C. |
