MANUFACTURE METHOD OF SINTERING MATERIAL

The surface of Pb powders is coated with copper in an aqueous Cu salt solution. The coated powders are dried and pulverized. The coated powders and Fe powders are admixed with addition components. The admixed powders are pressed and sintered. The sintered Fe-Pb alloy is used as a bearing material and friction material for brake, and has a good abrasion-resistance.
