PURPOSE:To freely edit the printing matters with four form plates by providing a plate cylinder and a plurality of shells, and supporting both side junctions of the plate cylinder on left and right frames so as to allow the side journals to circumferentially and axially slide. CONSTITUTION:An adjusting shaft 80a which is slidably received in one of journals 77 of a plate cylinder 74 and connected to a shell 76a selected from a plurality of shells 76, and inner and outer adjusting shafts 80b, 80c which are slidably received in the other journal 78 of the plate cylinder 74 and connected to two shells 76b, 76c are extended outside of a frame 19, and frame 20 respectively. Each couple of helical gears 66, 67 and 68, 69 are respectively driven by two helical gears mounted on journals 60, 61 of a blanket cylinder 2. The gears 66, 67 are mounted on the adjusting shafts 80a, and the gears 68, 69 are mounted on the adjusting shafts 80b, 80c. The gears 66, 67 and 68, 69 are connected to circumferential registering devices 17. Each of axial registering devices 18 is connected to a bearing 31 supporting the journal 77 of the plate cylinder 74 or each of adjusting shafts 80a, 80c. |
