POLYVINYL CHLORIDE PLASTISOL

This polyvinylchloride plastisol is suitable for manufacturing products with monolithic and porous structures, such as floorings, artificial leathers, and wall linings. This is a low viscosity product allowing a substantial decrease in the amount of plastifier used. The composition incorporates polyvinylchloride plastifiers, or optional fillers, pore-generating agents, stabilizers, and pigments. The composition also features a diluting system consisting of 0.75 - 14 parts by weight of chlorinated C14-C17 hydrocarbons with chlorine content of 15 %, 0.02 - 3 wt. parts esters of C6-C10 dicarbonic acids with C4-C10 alcohols, and 0.02 - 3 wt. parts of polyalkylbenzenes per 100 wt. parts of polyvinylchloride.
