PURPOSE:To obtain a stable laser light form a high output range to a low output range by introducing and retracting beam attenuating means in a laser light optical path, and raising a laser light output higher than the normal value when the set output of output setting means is a predetermined value or lower. CONSTITUTION:Means 5 for introducing beam attenuating means 4 into an optical path of a laser light radiated from a resonator 1 when set output of output setting means 7 is a predetermined value or lower and retracting it from the path when the set output is the predetermined value or higher, and control means 6 for raising the laser light output of the resonator 1 higher than the normal value when the set output of the means 7 is the predetermined value or lower are provided. Thus, a stable laser light is obtained easily in a series of operation from a high output range to a low output range. |
