PURPOSE:To obtain sufficient offset resistance and sticking resistance by incorporating deresinification component candelilla wax as a release agent into the toner. CONSTITUTION:The deresinification component candelilla wax is incorporated as the release agent into the toner for electrophotography essentially consisting of a binder resin, coloring agent and release agent. The deresinification component candelilla wax having <=5% terpene resin component is more particularly preferable. The toner which has the sufficient offset resistance at the time of fixing, is low in the lower limit temp. of fixing, does not generate the sticking to a fixing roll, is free from scumming and toner splashing, forms the images of the high fidelity equiv. to the high fidelity of the initial images even in continuous use, and is adequate for high-speed fixing is obtd. in this way. |
