<p>Disclosed is a DNA sequence which codes for Sperm Nuclear Autoantigenic Protein (SNAP) or a fragment thereof. Essentially pure SNAP is also disclosed. The DNA sequence which codes for human SNAP and the DNA sequence which codes for rabbit SNAP are specifically disclosed. SNAP is useful as an immunocontraceptive agent and in the diagnosis of autoimmune infertility.</p> |
