PURPOSE:To send a turnout order to vehicles resident in a station or in activity automatically by allowing an automatic turnout designation device to send an identification code designating an operating line to be an exclusive line or a radio line while being added to a call code for calling a vehicle to an order device in the case of calling the vehicle. CONSTITUTION:If a disaster takes place, when the location of disaster and kind of the disaster are entered from a keyboard KB 131 of an order board 13, a CPU 123 of an automatic turnout order device 12 selects an optimum turnout vehicle from a data stored in an MEM 121. Then whether a relevant patrol car is in the standby or in activity at the outside of station is identified based on the said data and the device 12 provides an identification code to each patrol car and sends the code to an order controller D CONT 111. The D CONT 111 connects a channel of, e.g. the ordering board 13 to an exclusive line with respect to a standby patrol car and sends a voice order from a voice order input section 133 of the order board 13 to a telephone set according to the given identification code.
