PURPOSE:To reduce the deformation and displacement of a head arm at the time of head-arm fitting and due to variation in ambient temperature by setting the angle between the hook part of a clamping pin and a tapered surface formed in the fitting hole of the head arm to 50-70 deg.. CONSTITUTION:A carriage 1 has a horizontal (X-Y direction) fixed surface 6 and a vertical (Z direction) fixed surface 7, and the fitting surfaces 8 and 9 of a head arm 2 come into contact with those fixed surfaces 6 and 7. In the head arm, a fitting hole 10 is formed while having a tapered surface 11. The tip of a clamping pin 3 is hooked and this hook part 12 has a tapered surface 13. In this case, the angle theta between the tapered surfaces 11 and 13 is set to 50-70 deg. to reduce the deformation and displacement of the head arm at the time of head- arm fitting and due to variation in ambient temperature. |
