PURPOSE:To attain through flash surface and the like by forming the waist flange of a door outer panel downward to the waist opening part side, as well as forming a flange right-angled to the door glass surface bendingly at the waist flange. CONSTITUTION:The door outer panel 1 is provided with a waist flange 3A molded downward bendingly to the waist opening part side from its upper edge part. A flange 3a right-angled to the door glass G face is bendingly formed at the end edge part of the waist flange 3A, whereas a flange 4a matching the flange 3a is bendingly formed at the upper end part of a door outer rein forcement 4 with its lower end bonded to the upper side part rear face of the door outer panel 1 with adhesive 5. The flanges 3a, 4a are mutually spot-bonded. The welt part 18 of a door glass stabilizer 17 is held at a joint between the flanges 3a, 4a, in the optimum door glass G bracing position. |
