PURPOSE:To produce bright colors on a design surface and carry out multi-color effect easily in parallel in the extruding direction with good productivity by applying PVC paste of different color in parallel immediately after extrusion and gelled under heat during the vulcanization process of an extruded product main body and forming a multi-color coated finished layer. CONSTITUTION:A bonding agent layer 9 composed of a blend polymer or its mixture with rubber which is composed of 5 - 20 pts. wt. of at least one kind of a styrene polymer or a polyalkenamer added to 100 pts. wt. of a mixture of NBR/EPDM (weight rato) = 80/20 - 40/60 on a contact surface of a finished coated layer 7 of a solid rubber section 3 is formed, and an extruded product main body is extruded. Then, PVC paste of different colors are applied in parallel on a design surface D of an extruded product in the extruding direction direction after extrusion, and during the vulcanization process of the extruded product main body, the PVC paste after application is heat to gel to form the multi-color finished coated layer 7. |
