PURPOSE:To omit the input of order receiving data and to quickly output an order receiving answer by referring short supply information and forming response data based upon the order receiving data when a host computer is not in operation. CONSTITUTION:When the host computer 13 is not in operation, an order receiving processing means 17 executes order receiving processing based upon order receiving data(JUD) and forms response data(KTD). At that time, short supply information(SUJ) stored in a short supply information storing means 19 is referred. All or a part of stock information(ZKJ) is transmitted from the host computer 13 as the information SUJ. The response data from a data transmission processing means 16 or the means 17 are converted into image data by an output data conversion means 18, the image data are transmitted to a facsimile 11 and transmitted from the facsimile 11 to another facsimile. |
