<p>PURPOSE:To eliminate an adverse influence upon whole communication caused by occupying a shared resource in a data exchange for a long time by forcedly blocking a communication line, which is decided as an abnormal state by a transmission waiting matrix monitoring means, and abandonning data under linking into a transmission waiting matrix. CONSTITUTION:A transmission waiting matrix monitoring means 300 monitors the waiting matrix length of the data linked to each transmission waiting matrix 200 and when the state of exceeding a threshold value, which is determined in advance, for the waiting matrix length is continued for time determined in advance, a communication line 3 corresponding to the transmission waiting matrix 200 is decided as the abnormal state. An abnormal line blocking means 400 forcedly blocks the communication line 3, which is decided as the abnormal state by the transmission waiting matrix monitoring means 300, and abandons the data under linking to the transmission waiting matrix 200. Thus, the large amount of the data addressed to the specified communication line are prevented from being still accumulated in the data exchange for a long time, the shared resource in the data exchange is speedily released and the throughput of the data exchange is prevented from being lowered.</p> |
