<p>PURPOSE:To obtain the subject sheet as an absorbing surface material by perforating a laminated product of a heat bonding film and a heat bonding fiber nonwoven fabric with a heated perforating roller having small projections and simultaneously bonding extruded small pieces of the film to the surface of the nonwoven fabric. CONSTITUTION:A laminated product composed of an opacified heat bonding film 4, preferably polyethylene film containing calcium carbonate, etc., blended therein and a nonwoven fabric 5, composed of heat bonding fiber and having its thickness of, e.g. >=20 times based on that of the film is fed between a heated perforated roller 2 having many small projections 1, such as a truncated conical form with the flat top surfaces (1A) on the outer peripheral surface, and a roller 3 having a smooth surface so that the aforementioned film may be fed to the side of the perforating roller. The film is perforated with the small projections 1 and small pieces 6 of the film extruded from the above-mentioned holes are simultaneously bonded to the surface of the nonwoven fabric to afford a complex sheet applicable as a surface material of absorbing fiber (diaper, etc.). Since the nonwoven fabric is seen from annular gaps 8 formed between the inner periphery of the perforated small holes 7 and the outer periphery of the depressed and bonded small pieces 6, there are advantages in that fouling sticking to the aforementioned absorbing material is hardly seen.</p> |
