摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To offer a nonlinear two-terminal element without the short-circuiting between terminals and stable in electric properties by forming a conductive polymer film containing removable dopants on an electrode, and further laminating another conductive polymer film containing dopants, and then removing dopants only from the middle layer by application of a reverse voltage. CONSTITUTION:An ITO electrode 2 is made on a glass board by sputtering, and with this as an anode and with a platinum electrode as a cathode, voltage is applied within acetonitrile wherein pyrrole and sodium borofluoride are dissolved. A polypyrrole conductive layer 3, which has taken ion borofluoride into the anode, is made. Next, when the polymerization of pyrrole is done within acetonitrile wherein polystyrene sulforic acid sodium is dissolved and voltage is applied, a conductive layer 4 of polypyrrole which has taken in polystyrene sulfonic acid ions is laminated on the conductive layer 3. When reverse bias voltage is applied, only the borofluoride ions are removed, and it becomes an organic semiconductor layer 3.</p>
