NEW MATERIAL:A compound expressed by formula I [R<1> is H, OH, alkyl or (substituted) aryl; R<2>, R<3> and R<5> are H, alkyl, alkoxy, halogen, alicyclic heterocycle; R<4> is H, alkyl or (substituted) aryl; Q is 1-15C alkylene; the ring A is 5 to 7-membered ring and may contain an N site condensed with triazole ring as well as a hetero atom of N, O or S and double bond]. EXAMPLE:2-[2-[4-(4-Fluorobenzoyl)piperidine-1-yl]ethyl]-1,2,4-triazolo [4,3- a]pyridine-3(2H)-one. USE:The compound expressed by formula I exhibits an antagonismic action on serotonin 2 receptor and is useful for prevention and therapy of circulatory disease such as ischemic heart disease. PREPARATION:A compound expressed by formula II (X is halogen, paratoluenesulfonyloxy, etc.) is reacted with a compound expressed by formula III in a solvent such as DMF in the presence of a base such as potassium carbonate at ambient temperature to boiling point of solvent to provide the objective derivative. |
