PURPOSE:To inexpensively produce a large amount of the title drink containing floating tasty, flexible solid substance of various shapes by adding a coagulating agent of polysaccharide and Ca to jelly raw materials and coagulating into a jelly state. CONSTITUTION:Jelly raw materials are mixed with (A) a coagulating agent of polysaccharide which is reacted with Ca and has coagulating properties and (B) Ca and coagulated into a jelly state. The coagulated solid jelly is immersed in a solution having >=0.5wt.% Ca content, further coagulated and blended with a solution for refreshing drink to give the objective drink having a specific gravity close to that of refreshing drink solution and a great number of floating jelly materials of the component A molded into a solid state in the acidic refreshing drink solution. |
