PURPOSE:To improve durability and prevent the generation of shock noise by engaging the engaging collar of a buffering member with the engagement flange of a stopper part and covering the upper surface and side surfaces of the stopper part by the covered part of the buffering member. CONSTITUTION:The shaft part 13 of a buffering member 10 is allowed to penetrate through a through hole 7 on the stopper part 5 of an escushion 1. When the shaft body part 13c of the shaft part 13 is projected from an inner wall, passing through the installation hole of an engagement flange 8, the edge part of the shaft body part 13c is held by a tool and pulled in the axis line direction. Then, the engaging collar 13A of the shaft part 13 is compulsorily contracted by elasticity, and allowed to pass through the inside of the installation hole. The engaging collar 13A restores an original shape by the elasticity, and is closely attached and engaged with the inner wall of the engagement flange 8. Further, a stopper part 5 is covered by reversing the skirt part 12a of an elastic covering part 12. |
