PURPOSE:To make the operational form of an optical disk flexible by processing a picture, which is fetched by a picture input part, based on attached information stored in a data base and reloading the attached information stored in the data base when initialization information are changed. CONSTITUTION:At the time of initialization, the attached information of the picture to be the object of recording are stored in a reloadable data base 7 and afterwards, the attached information stored in the data base 7 are successively reloaded by a recording object picture change part. When the picture is fetched by a picture input part 2, the picture is processed by a processing part 3 based on the current attached information stored in the data base 7. Thus, when an optical disk 6 is initialized, the set kind of the picture can be successively changed and the operational form of the optical disk 6 can be made flexible. |
