PURPOSE:To enhance the car riding comfortableness by equipping a car with a fluid pressure type active suspension, provide possibility of selective setting of the normal, high, or low target car height, and increasing the control amount at the time of the high and low car height when the control amount is to be decided with the deviation of actual car height from its target value. CONSTITUTION:The car height is set in high, normal, or low mode by a car height setting switch 248. An electric type control device 200 decides the control amount according to the deviation of the actual car height given be car height sensors 144FL-144RR from the target value of car height, and supply and exhaust of the working oil to/from the actuator for each wheel is controlled. Therein the control amount is increased when the target car height is either in the high or low mode. This constitution reduces collision of suspension members with a bound stopper and a rebound stopper and also enhances the comfort in the car cabin. |
