NEW MATERIAL:A compound shown by formula I (R<1> is 1-8C alkyl, 1-5C alkoxy or halogen; R<2> is 1-15C alkyl; R<3> and R<4> are 1-5C alkyl; m is 1-3; n is 0 or 1). EXAMPLE:1-[2-(3-Methylphenyl)hexyl]-3-(2,6-diisopropylphenyl)urea. USE:A drug. A remedy for hyperlipemia and atherosclerosis. Having reducing action on blood cholesterol by enzyme acyl coenzyme cholesterol acyltransferase inhibition. Preferably being administered orally. A dose is 1-100mg/adult/day by oral administration. PREPARATION:For example, a phenylakylamine derivative shown by formula II is condensed with a phenyl isocyanate derivative shown by formula III in an inert solvent such as hexane at 0-150 deg.C to give a compound shown by formula I.
