<p>PURPOSE:To conform the rotational speed of a machining roll and the feed rate of a material to be machined while delivering the material to be machined as being held so as not to be affected by force deflecting the material to be machined by installing a pair of feed rollers forwarding the material to be machined on both sides of the machining roll so as to be turned while being synchronized with the machining roll. CONSTITUTION:When a motor 21 and an ultrasonic generator 30 are operated, a machining roll 10 is synchronously rotated integrally by a driving pulley 42. A material to be machined S is given ultrasonic vibrations by an ultrasonic generator 31 from a lower section at the same time. The material to be machined S is fusion-cut through the heat fusion of ultrasonic vibrations according to the shape of the fusion edge 11 of the circumferential surface of the machining roll 10 while the cut edge of the material to be machined S is center-rest welded as a thin filmy membrane. The material to be machined S is forwarded uniformly to the left and the right while being properly held from both sides of the machining roll 10 by a pair of feed rollers 40a, 40b at that time, thus homogeneously fusion-cutting the material to be machined S without creases.</p> |
