PURPOSE:To obtain a composition, improved in compatibility, excellent in impact, chemical resistance, etc., and suitable as automotive parts, etc., by blending a composition composed of an aromatic polyester resin, aromatic polycarbonate- based resin, etc., with a specific thermoplastic resin of a multiphase structure as a compatibilizing agent. CONSTITUTION:A thermoplastic resin composition obtained by blending 100 pts.wt. total amount of (A) 3-95wt.% aromatic polyester-based resin, (B) 3-95wt.% aromatic polycarbonate-based resin and (C) 1-20wt.% butadiene-based copolymer prepared by carrying out graft polymerization of a vinylic monomer selected from methacrylic acid esters, etc., with a butadiene-based polymer with (D) 1-20 pts.wt. thermoplastic resin of a multiphase structure, obtained by copolymerizing a vinylic monomer with a radically (co)polymerizable organic peroxide expressed by formula I or II (R1 is H or 1-2C alkyl; R2 and R7 are H, methyl, etc.), in particles of an epoxy group-containing olefinic copolymer and having a specific disperse phase. |
