PURPOSE:To obtain the subject nonwoven fabric, having a pattern excellent in abrasion resistance, surface designability, etc., and suitable as internal trim materials, etc., for vehicles by subjecting a specific fiber assembly to partial fusion treatment and then forming filmy fused parts and nonfused parts. CONSTITUTION:A fiber assembly having a fiber layer containing collected constituent fiber and a layer of a color different from that of the aforementioned fiber layer is subjected to partial fusion bonding to form filmy fused parts and nonfused parts. Thereby, the fiber layer is fused and closely adhered to the layer of the different color in the above-mentioned filmy fused parts and colors are simultaneously mixed to provide the objective nonwoven fabric having the different colors in the filmy fused parts and nonfused parts. Furthermore, a fiber assembly containing the constituent fiber and fine particles surrounded with a dye or pigment of a color different from the of the aforementioned constituent fiber is preferably used. |
