The device comprising: - an electrical power supply source (1); - a sensory reproduction element (11); - an electronic circuit (2) comprising: - a control input (3), &cirf& an oscillator (5), &cirf& a control logic assembly (6); characterised in that the electronic circuit (2) further comprises: - a detector (4) of a transition in the state of the input signal, generating a digital signal transmitted to the control logic assembly (6) and to the oscillator (5) when the said control input (3) is activated; - an addressing element (8, 12, 13), able to deliver digital signals representing one or more division factors to be applied to the frequency of the digital signals generated by the oscillator (5), the said digital signals being addressed to a programmable counter (9), intended to send the digital signals depending, on the one hand, on these signals and on signals which are addressed directly to it by the oscillator (5), and, on the other hand, on a sequencing which is imparted to it by the control logic assembly (6).
