A low grade kaolin is purifyed by filtering 50-60 deg.C water to remove impurities, mixing with raw kaolin, water- surface-crushing, filter-eliminating earth sand and other impurities from the mixture solution, adding a little sodium aluminate and ammonia solution of 25%, contacting seveal zinc alloy ring-shaped core winded silver-plate copper coil with galvanic electrode of silver-plate copper coil to remove iron component, pouring hot water to control pH, adding a little coalescent and water insoluble solvent to coalesce kaolin into paste phase, and dehydrating.
