发明名称 INFRARED RAYS SYSTEM SO2 ANALYZER
摘要 <p>PURPOSE:To remove NH3 and enable to perform a precise measurement of SO2, by a method wherein NH3 and NO in sample gas are caused to react to each other, and after the sample gas is dehydrated to be free of moisture, it is sent to an infrared rays system SO2 analyzer. CONSTITUTION:If a collecting tube 22 is inserted into a flue wall 10 to suck a thermal insulating line 30, flue gas passing through the collecting tube 22 reaches a filter bushing 25 in a lumen of a probe main tube 20, and it is freed from dust thereat to be sucked to a gas feed perforation 28 in an inner tube 24. Then, the lumen of the probe main tube 20 is maintained at a temperature of about 150 deg.C-450 deg.C by means of a heater 35, and thereby NH3 and NO in sample gas are converted into N2 and H2O by means of a catalyst 26 in the inner tube 24. The sample gas is then fed to an infrared rays system SO2 analyzer via a drain separator, dehydrator. This improves a removal effect of NH3 and enables reducing of a heat value of a heater. Additionally, the N2 produced is inactive and absorbs no infrared rays, and thereby it has an effect to produce no error in measurement.</p>
