PURPOSE:To stop bleeding safely, surely in a simple manner by installing a sheath covering a supersonic wave transmission member, and installing a bleed stopping means which generates heat by the eletcric conduction at the top edge part of the sheath. CONSTITUTION:A sheath 22 covering a supersonic vibration transmission member 11 is connected at the top edge of a slide covor 6, and a heating means 30 which generates heat by the resistance heat by electric conduction is installed on the outer peripheral part at the top edge of the sheath 22, and an electric conduction means 31 is connected with the heating means 30, and an electric wire 32 is installed inside to a connector 24. The slide cover 16 is slided forward, and simultaneously with the projection of the sheath 22, a heating blade 35 installed in the heating means 30 installed at the top edge of the sheath 22 is conduction-heated by the switching operation of the slide switch 20. Accordingly, a bleeding part is coagulated and sealed by the speedy temperature rise of a covering layer 34 covering the heating blade 35. |
