METHOD FOR HEATING PHOTOSENSITIVE BODY

PURPOSE:To enhance a heating effect and to relieve the toner stickability in a circulating system by using a developing soln. in direct contact with a photosensitive body as a heating medium. CONSTITUTION:The developing soln. in a developing tank 4 is introduced through a tube 5 into a developing roller. The developing soln. is poured via the developing roller onto the photosensitive body covering the peripheral surface of a photosensitive drum 1 and visualizes the latent images carried thereon. The developing soln. is squeezed by a squezing roller provided in the lowest part of a developing unit 2 and is recovered through a discharge port 6 provided in the lower part of the developing unit 2 into the developing tank 4. The heated developing soln. comes into direct contact with the photosensitive body and flow along the body. A heat exchange is executed during this time. The constitution is simplified in this way and the photosensitive body is heated with high efficiency. The sticking of the toner in the circulation system is thus relieved.
