PURPOSE:To reduce noise by forming on the groove surfaces of grooves provided on a tread surface random shaped recesses and projections whose roughness is equal to the grain size of a specific abrasive paper surface. CONSTITUTION:Random shaped recesses and projections whose roughness is almost equal to grains #8-#60 at the surface of an abrasive paper stipulated in JISR-6001 are given at the groove bottoms and groove walls of the surfaces of main grooves 1 and sub-grooves 2 formed on a tread. As a result, the generation of noise can be reduced. |
