PURPOSE:To prevent misoperation of speed change operation and to keep a safe work by providing a restrain device adapted to disable the backward traveling operation of a forward and backward continuously variable transmission when the attitude of a working device to a car body is in the working attitude and enable backward traveling operation when it is put in the non-work attitude. CONSTITUTION:A working device (seedling planting device) 3 coupled to a car body 1 is lifted up with respect to the car body 1 to be separated above the soil surface in its non-working attitude, and lowered with respect to the car body 1 to be partially in contact with the soil surface in its working attitude and be put in the state of performing a fixed work. Further, a restrain device 23 works at the time of moving the car body 1 backward. Accordingly, at the time of conducting speed change operation to the backward side, if the working device 3 is in the working attitude, the backward traveling operation of a forward and backward continuously variable transmission 19 is made impossible by the above restrain device 23. When the working device 3 is in the non-working attitude, the restraint on the backward traveling operation by the restrain device 23 is cancelled to enable the backward traveling operation of the forward and backward continuously variable transmission 19. |
